How the Reciprocal Scheme Works

Our agreement with each reciprocal club allows one fourball per week to visit, Monday to Friday only (no bank holidays).

As these clubs naturally prioritise their own members, reciprocal tee times are only offered once members have had the opportunity to book. This means that the tee times available will vary depending on availability at the host club.

If you would like to request a reciprocal booking, please complete the Google Form below. This enables the Club Office to contact the host club on your behalf and make the necessary arrangements.

Please note that most reciprocal clubs operate a 7-day booking window. Whilst you are welcome to submit your request further in advance, we will normally only be able to contact the host club and confirm your booking within seven days of your requested playing date.

Reciprocal requests will be processed in the order they are received. This is particularly important during periods of course maintenance at Bognor Regis Golf Club, when demand for reciprocal golf is significantly higher than usual. We therefore recommend submitting your request as early as possible to give us the best opportunity to secure your preferred date and venue.

All reciprocal bookings must be made club office to club office. Members should not contact reciprocal clubs directly or arrive expecting to play under the reciprocal arrangement, as clubs will only honour bookings that have been arranged through the Bognor Regis Golf Club office.
