Pro-Am 2026 - 14th August
Our annual Pro-Am is taking place on Friday 14th August 2026. This is always a very well supported event with a guaranteed £1,000 first prize for the winning Professional. Online entries will open for this event later in 2025. If you are interested in sponsoring a hole, please contact the club office.
Junior Open - 2026 Date TBC
Our Junior Open will be taking place again in 2026. The date is yet to be confirmed.
The Purley Trophy 2026 - 11th July
The Purley Trophy is our 36 hole Scratch Open Competition founded in 1970 by Charles Purley. The Purley Trophy has had many famous entrants over the year's including Sandy Lyle (1970 & 1975) and more recently, European Tour player, Gary Evans from Worthing Golf Club. The 2026 edition of this event will be taking place on Saturday 11th July, entries will open later in 2025.
Bognor Challenge Cup 2026 - 25th July
The Bognor Challenge Cup is a 36 hole handicap Men's Open Competition which dates back to 1924. This is a very prestigious competition and is the highlight of the golfing year for many at the club. The 2026 edition of this event will be taking place on 25th July. Entries will open later in 2025.
Davis Bowl 2026 - 26th July
The Davis Bowl is a Men's 18 Hole Foursomes Stableford competition. The 2026 edition of this event will be taking place on 26th July. Entries will open later in 2025.
Millbourn Cup 2026 - 26th July
The Millbourn Cup is a Men's 18 Hole Fourball Betterball Bogey competition. The 2026 edition of this event will be taking place on 26th July. Entries will open later in 2025.
Ladies Open 2026 - 2nd July
The Ladies Open, run by the Ladies Section is in July. It is a Bowmaker Stableford competition played in teams of 3 with 2 scores to count on all holes except the par 3's where all scores count. The 2026 edition of this event will be taking place on 2nd July. Entries will open later in 2025.
Over 50's Team Event 2026 - 12th June
Open to male visitors only, aged 50+. This is a 4 man team event with 3 Stableford scores to count per hole. The 2026 tournament will be taking place on Friday 12th June 2026. Entries are now open for this event!
Gilligan Mixed Foursomes 2026 - Date TBC
The Gilligan Mixed Foursomes is a 36 hole Mixed Foursomes Stableford competition. Lunch and meal after golf are included in the cost of the entry fee. The date for the 2026 edition of this event is TBC.
